Huellx is a service that provides online store tools to various entrepreneurs on the web, where visitors can freely choose a store to purchase products and services of interest to them. Huellx therefore does not make sales, does not act as an intermediary, and does not offer its own products or services. The services offered are managed and operated by Huellx on the global computer network ("Internet"), within the Huellx website and other formally affiliated platforms.
By registering, the USER declares to be of legal age, emancipated, or represented by a competent person, and to have both civil and criminal capacity.
Any person, hereinafter referred to as the "USER", who wishes to use Huellx's services must accept these Terms of Use and all other policies and principles that apply to them. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL FOR THE USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ITS ASSOCIATED SERVICES.
The USER must read, understand, and accept all the conditions established in the Terms of Use and in the other documents incorporated herein by reference before registering as a Huellx USER.
SUBJECT
1.1 The services covered by these Terms of Use consist of making available to USERS, directly or indirectly registered in the system, a range of stores, commercial establishments, sellers, and self-employed individuals who have previously registered and who will use the Huellx platform to offer goods, products, and services from sellers to interested USERS.
1.2 The USER is responsible for filling in his/her personal data and ensuring that the registration does not cause any harm or inconvenience to third parties.

1.5 The publication, purchase, and delivery of the product or service will take place according to the following steps:

b) Huellx does not guarantee the product or service and is not responsible for its delivery. Huellx is not responsible for any inaccuracies, stock shortages, or depletion of the product chosen by the USER in the ONLINE STORE.
c) Product or service selection: The USER who wishes to purchase a product or service can do so freely in the ONLINE STORE.
d) Delivery of offered products and/or services: The USER acknowledges and agrees that any product and/or service offered by the ONLINE STORE on the platform is purchased directly from the ONLINE STORE, and the latter is solely and fully responsible for the delivery, quality, quantity, condition, availability, legality, and integrity of the products and/or services offered. The USER is aware that Huellx does not own the products and/or services offered through the platform. By choosing a product and/or service through the platform, the USER declares to agree with the terms and conditions of the ONLINE STORE's offer and acknowledges the terms of use, payment, receipt, and validity conditions of his/her selection.
OPTION TO REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE.
2.1 Huellx's services are only available to individuals legally authorized to enter into these services. Persons not legally authorized, including minors, or persons temporarily or permanently excluded from participating in the Grand Sale, are therefore not allowed to use these services.
2.2 Individuals are also prohibited from having more than one user registration, with the exception of consumers who also have an online store. If Huellx detects duplicate registrations through its data verification system, all such registrations will be permanently deactivated.
REGISTRATION
3.1 Registration is only final after all registration fields have been completed. The potential USER must fill in the form with accurate, precise, and truthful information and agrees to update his/her personal data when changes occur.
3.2 Huellx is not responsible for the accuracy of the personal data entered by USERS. USERS guarantee and are in all cases responsible for the accuracy, precision, and authenticity of the registered personal data.
3.3 Huellx reserves the right to use all valid and possible means to identify its USERS, as well as to request all additional data and documents it deems necessary to verify the personal data provided.
3.4 If Huellx decides to check the accuracy of a USER's registration data and finds that it contains incorrect or false information, or if the USER steals the required documents or refuses to provide them, Huellx may block the USER from purchasing or selecting products or services, or temporarily suspend or permanently cancel the USER's registration, without prejudice to all other measures it deems necessary and appropriate.
3.5 If any of the above sanctions are applied, the selections made will automatically be invalidated, and the USER will not receive any compensation or refund for this reason.
3.6 The USER will access his/her account with his/her username and/or email address and password and agrees not to disclose this information to third parties. The USER is solely responsible for the use of this information.
3.7 The USER agrees to notify Huellx immediately, by a secure method, of any unauthorized use of his/her account, as well as any unauthorized access by third parties. The USER is solely responsible for all transactions carried out on his/her account, as access to the account is only possible by entering the password, which only the USER knows.
3.8 In no case is it permitted to transfer, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer the account, under penalty of cancellation for violation of Huellx's policy.
3.9 The USER expressly agrees that Huellx and/or its partners may send the USER informative emails or SMS messages regarding specific communications about the products and services available or that may be made available on the platform, as well as other commercial messages, such as offers from Huellx-affiliated companies and platform news. If the USER no longer wishes to receive these messages, he/she must cancel their sending via the platform itself.
PAYMENT
4.1 Payments for purchases by interested parties and for contacts with USERS may be processed through subcontractors, including the provision of services by a payment processor.
4.2 Huellx cannot influence the USER's relationship with the payment processor, as the latter carries out its activities independently of Huellx. This allows Huellx to limit or expand the scope of its intervention in this relationship.
4.3 Huellx cannot in any way guarantee that the payment processor's services are free from errors, interruptions, malfunctions, delays, or other defects.
4.4 Huellx is not responsible for the availability of the payment processor's services, nor for the inability to use the service.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE
5.1 Huellx may change these Terms of Use at any time to improve and refine the services provided. The new Terms of Use will become effective upon publication on the platform. Within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the publication of the changes, the USER must inform Huellx by email if he/she does not agree with the amended Terms of Use. In that case, the contractual relationship will terminate, provided there are no outstanding accounts or debts to the USER. If no notification is received within the stipulated period, it will be assumed that the USER has tacitly accepted the new Terms of Use, and the agreement will remain binding for both parties.
5.2 The changes will not affect options, obligations, and acquisitions already entered into at the time of publication of the changes. The Terms of Use as previously formulated will continue to apply to these.
INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
6.1 Huellx will take all possible measures to ensure the confidentiality and security described in this clause, but is not liable for damages that may arise from violations of these measures by third parties using public networks or the internet, or by compromising security systems to access user information.
6.2 It is inherent in Huellx's business operations to cooperate with partner companies for the proper provision of services. For this purpose, Huellx may, at its sole discretion and convenience, share information about users and visitors of its website with its partners.

USER OBLIGATIONS
7.1 Users interested in participating in the services offered and advertised by Huellx must register, select products and services, and make the associated payments.

VIOLATION OF THE SYSTEM OR DATABASE

SANCTIONS
9.1 Without prejudice to other measures, Huellx may at any time warn, suspend, or temporarily or permanently cancel a user account and take appropriate legal action if: a) the user violates any provision of these terms of use; b) the user fails to fulfill his/her obligations; c) the user engages in fraudulent or malicious acts; d) the user's identity cannot be verified or the information provided by the user is incorrect; e) Huellx believes that the advertisements or the user's behavior have caused or may cause damage to third parties or to Huellx itself. In case of disqualification of the user registration, all active offers will be automatically canceled. Huellx reserves the right to request the submission of personal documentation at any time and at its sole discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
10.1 Huellx does not own the products and/or services offered by the virtual store partners, does not retain ownership rights over them, and does not make offers/sales on their behalf. Huellx also does not participate in the delivery and/or use of the products and/or services purchased through the platform.
10.2 Huellx is not responsible, at the time of delivery and/or use, for the existence, quantity, quality, condition, integrity, or legality of the products offered by Partners and purchased by USERS, nor for the legal capacity of the USERS to enter into contracts or the accuracy of the personal data they entered during registration.
10.3 Huellx is not responsible for the actual fulfillment of the obligations undertaken by the USERS. The USER and the USER's contacts acknowledge and accept that when choosing products and/or services from the webshops, they do so at their own risk. Huellx is in no case liable for lost profits or any other damage and/or loss suffered by the USER as a result of purchases through the platform.
10.4 GrandeSale ESCALA advises to carry out all transactions with due caution and common sense. The USER and his/her contacts should consider the risks of acquiring products and services.
10.5 Given the impossibility of full and uninterrupted operation of a telecommunications or computer system, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, in this vulnerable situation, including the complexity of providing the services covered by this agreement, even due to the dependence on third-party telecommunications services, Huellx in no way guarantees the uninterrupted and/or error-free provision of the service.
APPLICABLE LAW
Upon completion of your purchase, a statement with 'Huellx.com' and the country code, such as 'HK', 'UK', etc., will appear on the payment page and/or on your bank statement.
